Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local In-Store Pickup
You can skip shipping fees by selecting free local pickup from our Hedge End store. Orders placed with local pickup selected will be prepared and ready for collection within 2 business hours.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with collection instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Please bring your order confirmation email with you when collecting your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at primetimesweets@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist.
