At Prime Time Sweets and Prime 2 Vape, we’re more than just a shop — we’re a little family (with a lot of personality)!

Whether you’re popping in for a sweet fix or some vape advice, our team is here to make you feel welcome, looked after, and maybe even make you laugh. Here’s a little intro to the faces behind the counters:

  • RACH- OWNER

    The boss lady herself! Rach has been here since 2006 and knows the shop inside and out. With her colourful hair and wacky charm, she brings the energy, passion, and a whole lot of love to the place. Friendly, approachable, and always up for a chat — just don’t be surprised if she’s dancing to the shop playlist.

  • DAN- STORE MANAGER

    Northern, straight-talking, and full of vape wisdom, Dan keeps things running smoothly (most of the time!). His banter is unmatched, and he’s always got a practical joke up his sleeve — but underneath it all, he’s a genuinely great guy with a serious passion for what he does.

  • NAT- SUPERVISOR

    The calm in the chaos!

    Nat handles the sweet side and our bookkeeping (even from home!), and is basically the one who keeps us organised. Friendly and efficient with top-tier customer service — she’s the kind of person every team needs.

  • EMMA

    A whirlwind of positivity, Emma works across both sides of the business and brings infectious energy wherever she goes. She’s super friendly, always up for anything, and nothing is ever too much for her. Basically, she’s our in-store hurricane, full of smiles, speed, and good vibes!

  • TONY

    Originally from Romania and now one of our vape experts, Tony’s a full-time legend. Hardworking, knowledgeable, and always ready with a cheeky comeback, he’s friendly, funny, and a real asset to the team.

  • BECKI

    Becki’s no longer the new kid on the block, six months in, and she’s absolutely smashing it! She’s found her rhythm, brings smiles wherever she goes, and the kids just love her. Always cheerful, always helpful, and always up for a laugh, Becki’s become a real star on the sweet side.


  • MIKE

    Don’t let the tattoos fool you! Mike’s a total softie with a huge smile and even bigger vape knowledge. Our resident vape expert, he’s always happy to chat flavours, fix-ups, and all things clouds. Friendly, funny, and full of good advice — he’s your go-to guy for vape wisdom!
